All services are subject to a one time non-refundable $3 convenience fee.

 

Each appointment booked is allowed up to 1 reschedule which can be arranged by calling (779-324-5385) or emailing our staff at (service@chicagodiyauto.com) at no charge if done 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment, any additional reschedules are to be re-booked online.  If calling, please leave a message if you receive no answer, and staff will respond to your message as soon as available.

 

To cancel bookings please contact 48 hours or more before the scheduled time by calling, 779-324-5385 or emailing our staff at (service@chicagodiyauto.com).  If no answer is received via phone, please leave a message and staff will return your call as soon as available.

 

At Chicagoland DIY Automotive, we are committed to maintaining the safety of our staff and customers.  Due to this, availability is subject to change with little notice depending on our ability to ensure we have ample staff available to meet the needs of our customers during your appointment.  If you are informed that your appointment is no longer available, we will make accommodations to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable timeframe, however if you choose to cancel your appointment, even if more than 48 hours in advance, you will still be held accountable at minimum for the convenience fee originally paid.  By booking this appointment, you are acknowledging and consenting to all the above terms and conditions.
